PATTERNITY: A New Way Of Seeing: The Inspirational Power Of Pattern

I bought this for my 3D Designer Maker course at universtity and this was recommended by one of my lecturers for the amount of design elements that patterns can be inspired from nature. The content in this is mostly show and tell, so you won't need to do much reading--just flick through if you're running low on inspiration and you'll be sure to find something that'll pique your interest. Lovely harcover book but not a fan of the price.

This is quite possibly the most beautiful book I own. It is full of dazzling visual provocations, reminders, stimuli. It challenges us to look, to notice, to relish, to see the world afresh. It should be prescribed by the NHS to lift the spirits, refresh the mind and stimulate the brain. A genuine work of art.

This is an amazing and beautifully designed book ! The book investigates pattern as more then just a visual and decorative but encourages the reader to look at the world around them, be mindfully aware of the patterns in your life not just visually but the invisible ones. Has a touch of mindfulness and positive thinking which I love !!!
