The accompanying booklet is very helpful, but the plate itself is clearly marked and easy to use. If you are looking for portion control to achieve weight loss, it is ideal.

I ordered this to clarify daily food percentages. It is helpful but would be more so had I wanted to lose weight ( I am correct weight). the plate is rather large and quite heavy but has an attractive appearance.

only had the plate for a couple of days is really lovely plate it is big, but where you put your food is small, it just show that we eat too much food, I hope it will help me to slim time will tell

I was a bit dubious about the quality but this is well worth the money. It’s a great plate excellent quality.

Solid plate and easy to follow guide. The plate came with a leaflet. I don't use this plate every day but it has helped me understand portions sizes and that makes it an invaluable tool.After a years usage sadly the plate has developed cracks in the glaze. It is a shame that such a good product has been let down by this. The rim and the back of the plate has not been affected.
