Can this be fixed to an inside wall with out a din rail?

Yes. Buy a Wylex transformer box from Screwfix. About £4.00 then afix close to Consumer unit

Is the output of this ac or dc?

Ring needs 24v AC. Look on the back of the unit you are fitting and it will tell you.

Will this work with the Eufy S330 doorbell which needs the following power requirements - 8-24VAC, 10VA or above?

If the load side is either 12v or 24v then yes, this will work. Make sure to put the conductors in correct port. 0-Neutral (blue) then either the last 2, 12v or 24v (Brown) The 3rd on is 8v and bottom two are neutral and line
