Best Interdental brushes out there
My favourite brand of interdental brushes, size is perfect for teeth with no visible gap and gets a great clean between the teeth. There may be cheaper interdental brushes out there but I find them to be not as sturdy as Tepe and so in the end this brand turns out to be the best value for money as they last longer. I like to sniff the brush between cleans between the teeth until it comes out smelling neutral, for this reason I do not use the travel case head as I don't want to trap any water or bacteria, I prefer it to dry out between uses.

A Mixed Bag of Cleanliness and Frustration
I've been using these TePe Interdental Brushes, specifically the Red 0.5mm Angle ones, for a little while now, and I've got to say, it's a bit of a love-hate relationship. First off, I have to give credit where it's due when these things work, they work. The little angled head is genuinely brilliant for getting into those awkward spots between my teeth. I've got some pretty tight gaps, and the 0.5mm size feels just right – not too big that I'm forcing it, but substantial enough to feel like it's actually doing a proper clean. You can feel the difference immediately, that smooth, just-cleaned feeling you get when you've effectively dislodged all the little bits of food and plaque that a regular toothbrush just can't reach. My gums definitely feel stronger for it, and I'm less worried about those sneaky little cavities popping up in those hard-to-access areas. For that interdental cleaning and plaque removal aspect, they've been pretty effective. However, and this is a big "however," there's a recurring issue that's really starting to get on my nerves: they snap, consistently. It’s almost like they have a lifespan of a handful of uses before the brush head just decides to give up the ghost mid-clean. You’re in the zone, doing your thing, and suddenly snap, there’s a bit of the wire brush left behind, clinging precariously to your teeth. It’s not exactly a pleasant sensation, and it makes you wonder if they're actually designed to break at a certain point. Is it just me, or is this a common thing? I’m trying not to be cynical but it genuinely feels like they're intentionally made to have a limited number of uses before they conveniently need replacing.

Work well, easy to use on back teeth.
I use these at the recomendation of my dentist, My back teeth are very close together but his wiggles inbetween nicely. I use some mouthwash to rise the bristles and they come with a little cap to store the one in use. So they are not use once, dispose. I'm pleased to see the last box arrived with out the plastic packing. No problem cleaning, usually a quick rinse is all that is needed. the handle makes it easy to use on the back teeth and along the sides and the core of the brush is very thin, springy metal so mving about between the teeth is easy. I have these on subscription and I think they are good value.

important part of toothcare - long handle makes them easy to use
A few years ago now, I was recommended by my dentist to try interdental brushes. I am 60 years old and although I have not needed a filling for over 20 years, I have required several root-canal treatments and caps etc. The gaps between my teeth are of variable sizes. Some will trap a piece of dental floss and not allow it to move, and others are wider than doubled and knotted dental floss. Originally I tried possibly every brand of interdental brushes, including the short TePe ones, and in a range of sizes. Overall I find the Tepe brushes to be the best, in terms of ease of use and apparent effectiveness. These angled and long-handled brushes make it far easier to reach the molars etc towards the back of my mouth, and to brush from the inside of the teeth. As I have said, the spaces between my teeth vary, so I need to have a selection of these brushes available, although the sizes I use mostly are 0.40, 0.45, 0.5mm. There is a knack to using them - as far as possible you need to have the bristles as perpendicular to the space you wish to clean as you can get, and gently manipulate the brush into the space. If you feelno resistance at all - you might be using too small a brush. If the brush bends immediately, then you might be using too large a brush for that gap. If the brush part does get bent, it is a simple matter to straighten it between finger and thumb. Included in the pack is a small plastic cap that fits over the brush-end, and is used to protect the bristles once you have started using the brush. I find that these bristles are effective at cleaning between the teeth (according to my dentist and hygienist), and they do not seem harsh on the gums themselves. I do get slight bleeding occasionally - only slight and that is normal. I have a couple of sensitive spots and I often dab a bit of sensodyne toothpaste on the brush before cleaning between a particular pair of teeth. definitely recommended.

Too flexible!
Seem quite flimsy and brush part is very bendy, very difficult to use. Also very sharp point on the end so be careful!
