How many servings does one 17.6 oz bag make?

I didn't serve this alone but part of another dish. It plumps up quite a bit but all depends on serving size.

Cook it like pasta (al dente). I'm not sure about cooking time and it varies depending on the age of the pasta. Start checking at 10 minutes. Drain in a strainer, NOT a colander or you will lose most of it. Good luck! It is especially good with chicken dishes (soup, stew, etc.).
