You will love this pasta!
The first time I bought this pasta in the German Delicatessen. Did not cook it until few weeks later and once I had it for dinner I fell in love with taste and density. Could not find any in our local stores, but as always I found it on Amazon. I also bought Bechtle Egg Spaetzel for my two friends and they love it as well.

Finally I've found a brand which is good!!!
I used to live in Southern Germany and I made a lot of Spaetzle for my friends when they came over. I know how to homemake them, but that's a bunch of work. I prefer to use the ready made once. However, this is the first one I can say that they are authentic and can be used for Kaesspaetzle (cheese spaetzle) or other recipes. I love that I can make this recipe again without having to prepare the spaetzle by hand first. Worth the price!

Tastes good!
They're very tasty. I like the ones that are shorter (I think it's more traditional) while these are more of a noodle. Either way, easy to make and goes great with German dishes

Broken to bits
Literally… who sends super thin, not to mention- expensive, specialty egg noodles in a paper envelope?!?! Ugh- broken to bits. Not sending back, because I need them. Definitely not thrilled though. Just an ounce of common sense would’ve saved this one!

Great authentic product
I lived in Germany for a few years and I wanted to try and make some of the food i would eat when i was there. I looked everywhere to find decently price Spaetzle and this was by far the cheapest. It also shipped state side so it came really fast. It tastes just like the Spaetzle i ate in Germany and I have no complaints.
