I have not found any additional magazines on Amazon or online. I was hoping to hear from the manufacturer, but no reply as of yet.

How do we contact the manufacturer for warranty questions, the battery won’t charge and we just got the gun on Monday?

I had the same problem and just had to tell Amazon I want my money back. It's trash and the manufacturer won't ever contact you back.
