Excellent value light and looks great in the cement stone finish. I use the Wiz GU10 smart bulb which was very easy to fit and works perfectly. It has a velvet base so it will not slide or make a mark.

I have bought several of these which I use with the hive control units when I go away. Really good and makes rooms look like we are in the house with lights going on and off. These are led lights so little or no heat involved.

Excellent value for money and looks nice too. I first got one to light up a dark corner of my home office and it did a great job. In fact, I was so happy with it I tested it as an uplighter behind a large plant (c. 180cm) we have in an alcove in our dining room (alcove is about 1m wide and 3m high). It did that splendidly, lighting up much of the alcove without completely bathing it in light. The upshot is that we bought another two of these, and a new plant to put in the other alcove. (My wife now spends a lot more time in that room.)As for the aesthetics of the lamp it's obviously personal opinion but I think the black chrome ones look pretty good. In my case they're all tucked away so it really doesn't matter much, but if you're considering placing one somewhere that's going to be visible I'd say it's still worth trying it out. Hard to beat for the price. (We were considering having sconces put in in our alcoves, which would've been quite expensive and require re-plastering of the walls, so these were simply a no-brainer for us.)Highly recommend!

These sit unobtrusively on top of bookshelves and give an glare-free uplighting on the ceiling. They are quite heavy, which helps stability. Fitting the GU10 spot bulb is a hassle, but has the advantage of a huge range of brightness and colour temperature bulbs being available. I bought the grey stone finish so that they just disappear into the background. I have docked a star because both of mine have paint defects on the rim where the internal white finish meets the outer dull stone effect.

Exactly what I was looking for, great quality at a great price.

Really good at giving you extra light without the glare. I have actually purchased 2 of these now. You can also buy colour changing bulbs which make all the difference for setting the mood.

It does exactly as it says however I wanted more of a wall wash effect so a bit disappointed. FYI it pretty much projects light up the wall to the ceiling in a narrow cone effect - tried different lamps , all much the same.

Tut was sie soll.Aufpassen muss man, dass diese Leuchte einen Commonwealth Stecker / Typ-G Stecker hat wie man in in England verwendet. Ich musste also noch einen Adapter für die Verwendung in Deutschland dazu kaufen.Ich finde es gut das sie keine fest verbauten Leuchtmittel hat, sondern man eine LED-Lampe einstecken kann. Diese kann bei Defekt gewechselt werden und man muss nicht gleich die ganze Leuchte wegwerfen.

Lampe wurde mit UK Stecker geliefert und ist damit für den Einsatz in Deutschland ungeeignet.Außerdem fehlt das Leuchtmittel, welches separat bestellt werden muss. Dies steht nicht in der Produktbeschreibung.Enttäuschend....das Ding geht direkt zurück.
