Definitely recommend
Very good stuff. I really feel like I benefit from this. I take it for sleep and restless legs. It’s on the expensive side, but it does work. I thought it would taste disgusting, but it taste really nice.

Definitely helped to improve my sleep.
This helped me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I took it for 2-3 weeks before it started to make a difference but was worth preserving with. I will continue to use it.

Milk Protein. No good for Vegans
Didn't expect to find that Night Formula included Milk Protein. Bought for a vegan. Why does this product and none of the others have milk in it?

Was bought to help with sleep and here I am even later than usual still with no sleep. Second night of trying it. Can't return it either, I wouldn't waste your money on a ridiculously expensive product. I'd give no stars if I could

Best
Probably my favourite magnesium supplement. It works and is easy to drink. I took off 1 star because its expensive. Have bought some more.

Give this a go for getting a more restful sleep and alleviating depression
Not a wonder cure but seriously worth considering. Three months in I found that instead of one revolution of deep sleep, I would get in two or even three. I also have less migraines and feel on a more even keep depression-wise. HOWEVER, I don't take the full dose they recommend as it can give you freaky dreams as well as being a fairly strong laxative. I take one-third of the recommended amount. I've been taking for a year now, and intend to continue.

i mean it tastes good. but this was recommended to me to help me sleep bc i was training very hard and having trouble staying asleep in the night, and i did not find it useful for that at all. if you already use magnesium and know if works for you then maybe this is a good product. it was recommended by a fitness coach to me for it's high quality. so idk. maybe it just doesn't work for me?
