Brilliant
Bought this item and the olive oil version last year after having tried WEN and loved the product but hated the overpriced cost. Discovered this product and range on amazon and they are absolutely brilliant. I haven't used shampoo on my hair in over a year and it looks clean and soft and shiny all the time. I have naturally thick coarse frizzy hair which I have professionally straightened and this is ideal to use on my hair. I recommended it to my daughter who colours her hair and bleaches it regularly and she is now a convert as well.I get these in bulk when Amazon has them on offer or from other sellers if they are cheaper. Sometimes Amazon raises the prices absurdly so I usually get it online from Superdrug but this product is amazing. I will never use anything else on my hair. The coconut smells gorgeous but so does the olive oil, to me anyway. Love this stuff.

Great value for money and results
I found this product after spending a lot of time looking at cleansing conditioners available and becoming gradually more and more disheartened at the prices! This is incredibly cheap in comparison, so I thought I would give it a go. I have previously used Ojon's cleansing conditioner but wasn't blown away by the results: my long straight hair was fairly dull and got greasy quickly. However it is a different story with this product. My hair feels very clean but is soft, shiny and manageable, rarely needs brushing through, and stays clean (I wash it every other day). The smell is light and barely noticeable, and whilst you do have to use quite a lot of pumps each wash, the bottle is large and will give you plenty of washes, and at such a great price compared to the others out there, I cannot complain! Very satisfied and thank you Palmers for giving me healthy, low-maintenance hair!

I am now a Co-Wash convert!
Hair type: very fine, coloured, shoulder-length, just look at it and it tangles, prone to greasiness and needs washing daily.I had been toying with the idea of trying Wen through QVC but couldn't justify the price tag as I didn't need all the extras that came with the offer, and it had variable reviews. I then saw the Palmers Olive Oil Co-Wash and was persuaded by the other reviewers with a similar hair type to mine, but slightly dissuaded by some of the reviews of its fragrance. Then I found this coconut version and promptly ordered it.The fragrance was very sweet to start off with but I no longer notice that and I can't really detect any fragrance on my hair.I used 10 pumps on my first wash, and have stuck with that as I'm thrilled with the results, and my hair condition has improved. It's so much easier to get a brush through it after washing and when I've walked the dog (usually ends up in knots). It does feel thicker, silky and I love running my fingers through it now. Some other reviewers have said the olive oil one weighs their hair down; the only time I had a problem is when I didn't rinse it out properly. It seems a little less greasy at the end of the day to the extent that I can get away with a dry shampoo (bog standard Batiste) the next day if I'm super pressed for time (I would not have been able to get away with that before), and without having to restyle (my hair only does dead straight, or normally if I've slept on it, the dragged through a hedge look).I still use a tiny bit of hair oil on the ends sometimes, less than before, and not every day. I can't imagine going back to normal shampoo and conditioner; I never got these results with premium products or even on leaving the salon! My hair is very happy!

Works on my fine, thin frizzy hair
I have very fine, thin, frizzy coloured hair, although quite a lot of it. My scalp has been driving me crazy, I have sensitive skin and my hair looked like straw. I can honestly say that with the use of a scalp brush this really seems to work for me ( have been using for a couple of weeks). I wash my hair daily, it smells nice, feels clean and is much softer and considerably less frizzy. I also notice far less shedding when combing through after washing. It is not a wonder product, but certainly has made some noticeable difference (my husband even noticed!).I'm going to try the olive oil version next. Please note this is a genuine review - I rarely review and usually only if something is bad!

I love it! wish I bought this shampoo years ago!
I have used many branded shampoos & conditioners over the last few years to help tame my frizzy hair. I have been using the curly girl method principles and used sulphate free shampoos. However, none of the shampoos have matched up to this little gem. Whilst washing my hair, I was very pleasantly surprised to find how moisturizerised my hair felt, my hair haven't felt so hydrated since years!I had pre pooed my hair (hot oil treatment the night before) so I was concerned about the amount I would need to use to wash out the oil from my hair. however I did not need to use to much ( about 12 pumps) to fully rinse out the oil from my hair.I have psoriasis but my scalp did not feel dry or scabby, with my previous shampoos, I always had to use T gel shampoo to treat it my scalp, but I did not have to use t gel shampoo on my scalp after using this, Perhaps the pre poo oil treatment helped my dry scalp.Afterwards I put on my deep conditioner & sat under my steamer for 20 minutes. Once I dried my hair, I felt my curls clumped a lot better, my hair felt very soft & silky, noticeable reduction in frizziness, and my highlights colour looked more vibrant. On the next day, I felt my hair felt flat, & my curls were more loose. However, I feel this was due to myself using too much deep conditioner. As the shampoo is very hydrating, I don't think I will need to use as much deep conditioner in the future. For those who may be interested I am of Asian decent, with fine (but lots of hair) hair, with a 3b curl. If your hair is fine, a little will last you a long time. As well pre pooing, I use quite a lot of hair products, leave in conditioner, argan oil, curl cream & gel, and it all washed out well after 2 rinsed and I was left with lovely hydrated residue free clean hair. My African decent friend with curl 4 type uses this shampoo and finds it wonderful, I feel this shampoo works well with all hair types.

I'm coconuts for this.
A Yes. With cowashes, there's a sweet spot between just enough and not enough cowash to put in the hair. My trick is a little at a time to wet hair, gently building around the scalp and making my way to the hair tips and everywhere. I hold my hair in a bun and let the cowash penetrate my hair as I take a shower or bath. It suds a little but doesn't lather. I work a little water in and keep gently massaging, my scalp and hair, then rinse off the shampoo gently. Detangle first with fingers before combing. It detangles, softens, and yes it cleans without stripping. I can comb a little into my wet hair before air drying it. The result is really soft hair. If you're worried about hair breakage, this shampoo is very kind.

Me gustó, es como una crema de coco
Me gusta pero he probado otros mejores, lo que me gusta es el aroma a coco, es bueno porque mi cabello es seco, se siente bien como si te pusieras una crema de coco

Great cleansing without drying
I like that this feels good and doesn't cause it to be too greasy.

Ottimo prodotto e ottimo prezzo
