This was purchased for post rotator cuff surgery rehab. Works just like the one at the rehab center. Easy to install and take down each time. Didn't leave a mark on the door. Didn't pull the door. But man, it squeaks! It's loud! But for the purposes of rehab, this is going to help so much in between appointments. Feels solid. Handles are comfortable. The motion up and down is smooth. It's small, so it can travel well. Very happy.

Got this the assist with range of motion after a shoulder replacement. Great product. Smooth wheel movement. Easy to use. I was able to use them in a couple of different locations with the different holder options. Very versatile. I am able to keep my shoulder stretched and keep my motion going.

Got this shoulder pulley for my mom after a shoulder injury, and it’s been a game changer. It works just like the ones in physical therapy, she’s able to do her rehab exercises right at home. Installation was super easy (took just a few minutes), and even though it makes a slight noise while using, it doesn’t affect the performance at all. It’s helped her improve mobility and reduce pain. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from shoulder injury

If you need to use one, this is a good one. Sturdy with a hook that goes over the door and holds the pulleys in place this is the perfect at home pulley. You can shorten or lengthen the pull (which increases or decreases the stretch) by tying knots in the pulley ropes. The pulley is smooth and it is strong, so you do not worry about it coming down or collapsing when used. Good quality. Good price.

This is a nice thing to have at home to do physical therapy exercises at home. I chose this one among several similar ones due to the padding on the over door hook. It works well.
