Im impressed with this shoulder pulley set. The handles are very nice and they seem to be made well enough. The pulley is fluid with no lag. I like that it is adjustable and you track your progress by moving knobs up along the rope. It is a little noise, which would easily be taken care of with vegetable oil on the squeaky part, not a deal breaker. It fits well and helps me with my range of motion exercises.

My wife took a fall and managed to wrench her right shoulder socket. Her physical therapist recommended this unit as an over-the-door exercise tool to help get her shoulders strengthened. It is reasonably priced, compact and made with durable materials, and can be taken with you while traveling. My wife continues to use this exercise tool these past several months, even though fer shoulders are much better (less sore).

If you need to use one, this is a good one. Sturdy with a hook that goes over the door and holds the pulleys in place this is the perfect at home pulley. You can shorten or lengthen the pull (which increases or decreases the stretch) by tying knots in the pulley ropes. The pulley is smooth and it is strong, so you do not worry about it coming down or collapsing when used. Good quality. Good price.

Well made, nice metal bracket for over the door with a protective pad so not to mark the door. Smooth operation, comfortable “T” handles are nice so you don’t have to squeeze. Definitely worth $10.

This was purchased for post rotator cuff surgery rehab. Works just like the one at the rehab center. Easy to install and take down each time. Didn't leave a mark on the door. Didn't pull the door. But man, it squeaks! It's loud! But for the purposes of rehab, this is going to help so much in between appointments. Feels solid. Handles are comfortable. The motion up and down is smooth. It's small, so it can travel well. Very happy.
