Gel comfort for your feet
Love them but wish they were wider. They are very narrow and don’t quite cover the base of the foot, toes , ball and heal.More for a ladies shoes and not her boots or trainer.Again will be for the narrow foot ladies only

The WORST insoles!
Why has the GelActiv Everyday Heels Insoles got so many good reviews? The insole is AWFUL! I’m a UK size 4.5 - 5. I wear a normal width shoe, my feet are not narrow and they are not wide. These are ‘one size fits all’ and described as fitting a UK size 3.5 - 7! Pictured is a pair of Clarks UK size 5 everyday heels. The insole completely misses the ball of my foot, the area where the most pressure and pain builds from wearing heels! This is an insole for heels but misses the balls of your feet? Totally ineffective. If you’ve got really small (UK size 3) and very narrow feet these may work for you.The arch support is incredibly thick, it brings your foot up really high, for me this caused the back of my feet to rub, painfully. This has never happened before with these shoes. It also made the shoes feel too big so they kept falling off my feet as I walked! I had to sort of scrunch my toes to hold the shoe on! Incredibly poor product. The product is none returnable and none refundable. I tried to return them, before I’d even opened them, because I knew, just by looking at them they wouldn’t fit nor be fit for the intended purpose (to relive pain on the balls of my feet). They provide no support to the balls of your feet and no comfort to that area. The insole is the same width from the top to bottom so it was so clear to me they wouldn’t relive pain on the balls of my feet! If your aim is to relieve heel pain and gain arch support then these might be suitable for you.I wear black (50-100 denier) tights with my shoes, which with these insoles make a sort of squeaking noise where my tights chaffed the insole similar to the noise wet shoe insoles make on shiny floor!I absolutely would NOT recommend nor would I buy again! Total waste of money!

Turn shoes into trainers
I suffer from feet problems and have to wear orthotic insoles. On the occasions I want to wear heels, these really help take the pressure off the balls of my feet with the arch support. They stay in place and do the job really well.

You need these if you suffer walking in heels
I have several pairs of these now that stay in my favourite heels. They really make a difference in cushioning the ball of the foot and pressure points when you’re wearing stilettos. They are better than the ones that simply target the ball of your foot as these fit in the arch too and I have them in open sandals and you can’t see them.

Not for me
A bit too chunky for me but they do work albeit uncomfortable. Expensive product for what it is.
