I bought this charger to keep at my office so that I could carry my laptop between home & work and not have to remembering to bring the charging cable. It works great! Now I have two less things to think about because: 1.) I don't have to remember the cable or how I'm going to fit it in my bag and 2.) my laptop is always charged now so I don't have to worry about that either.I've had this cable for about 3 months now and have not had any issues. It's plenty long enough, priced right, and does what it says on the tin.

Changed from 1 🌟 to 5 🌟 because seller didn't even hesitate to replace the original charger with a working one. Within days of notifying them, a replacement was in my mailbox. Products are always going to breakdown. It's how sellers respond that sets them apart. I would definitely do business with this seller again. No longer disappointed. Works as advertised.NOTE: To anyone who seen the previous version of my review, I am sorry. The problem turned out to be on my computer instead of this product. The previous owner of the notebook had broken the internal parts of the adapter plug and then rigged it...long story short, I missed it. Sad part of the whole process is the fact that now I have yet another of several identical, working AC adapters. Live and learn...again, I am sorry for misleading anyone.

Good charger, but it did not charge my battery. Apparently Dell products can only run on Dell accessories. So I thought something was wrong with the charger. It's just not compatable with my Dell inspiron 3000. Make sure you find out if your computer can work with another name brand. But the owners did all they could and were absolutely fantastic to deal with

Very appreciated!Original review:Purchased this last month for my daughter's laptop. It says it's compatible. We plugged it in and it worked fine for almost 4 weeks. Now my computer won't charge and it's saying for me to use a Dell 45w AC adapter or greater. This is supposed to be a 65w AC adapter, compatible with Dell. The computer won't even turn on unless it's continuously plugged into this charger. Can't return it because the window closed June 15.

Charges well with no error messages. I have an Inspiron 7773, which is one of the 2 in 1 series that is not listed in any of the compatibility lists. The listings specific to it are selling for over $20 plus shipping. This was a better deal and works as well as the OEM charger.

Update as of December 2020:This may have killed my motherboard. I've been using a replacement charger with no complaints for the past year since I received it in September 2019. But now, it doesn't charge my laptop anymore, and it may actually have killed my motherboard. The CPU gets hot when plugged in, but the LED indication that the laptop is on doesn't come on and even when the battery is removed, it doesnt run on AC power. I will update the review based on how customer service handles the situation, but we'll see if they send another replacement or something that fixes the problem.So I ordered this in June 2018 to replace my original Dell charger, which I had lost. It worked great at first - I would occasionally get the message about the BIOS not recognizing the wattage and so the battery wouldn't charge, but I was able to get around it using a variety of methods (changing BIOS default settings, uninstalling and reinstalling battery drivers, removing and replacing the battery, etc.). However, in September 2019, the charger completely stopped charging the battery, and sometimes it would not be getting power from the socket (i.e. the green light on the charging block wasn't coming in). I wrote about my problems to the company, and to my surprise and gratitude, they sent me a replacement charger even though it had been around a year after I had bought the first one.So in terms of the product itself, I would give it a 4 star rating because it performed as well as it was supposed to (albeit shorter than I would have desired), but the company gets a 5/5 for their amazing customer service. They were super kind and prompt with the replacement charger, and that made the experience that much more pleasant for me.

This was purchased for my Dell Inspiron 3000 series laptop as my original cord was misplaced. I was hesitant about this since reviewers had mentioned that their product did not work. Upon receiving mine I plugged it in and it worked. In fact I find that this cord seems to charge much faster than the original factory made included cord. Great value and easy way to replace my cord.

Works perfectly with my Dell laptop and much cheaper than getting the Dell supplied one repaired.
