This is the original Q96, Q96 was a white-label product, but I do not know if Q96 is authentic anymore or a 'knock-off' generic.

Is there one without vitamin b or a methylated vitamin b?

I don't believe there is one without vitamin b, however, they do have a methylated vitamin b option on their website. However, this supplement (Empower Plus) has methyl donors in it such as choline and methionine, which help with the methylation process. You can call Truehope directly and they will answer all your questions and guide you to the right supplement. They are very helpful.

What is so special about these vitamins ?

If you're a healthy person, then these vitamins are a waste of money. If have some sort of neurological/psycological issue, then they may help you.
