Would anybody kundly refer me to a sought after Rubberized Threshold Ramp with a hard to find 6 inch Rise?

Type "Electriduct 6" Mountable Rubber Threshold Ramp. Outdoor Curb Ramp for Cars, Bikes. Pair Needed for Wheelchair" in the Amazon search box. Hope this helps.

Will this work on a sliding glass door threshold?

Yes, it can be used. Please confirm the product size and height are suitable for your use before purchase.

Can this be used on a threshold that has a height of only 1/2 inch?

I'm sure it could; it would require some work to change the angles that are used to make it suitable for that low of a lift. I'd suggest finding a door threshold that would be more suitable as is. My Reudamann is used on a 3.5 inch step and works great for scooter for a handicapped person. Ty

Does this item have a flat end in front as I need to take into consideration a door that opens outwards

The top of the ramp is curved, so the ramp can rest on your threshold, and the bottom is flat enough to touch the ground.
