I bought 2 of these, one for my wife and one for my daughter for a weekend trip away. In both cases they found the ability to charge their phones while on the go extremely useful. They both have iPhone 5s and were able to recharge the phones a couple of times each from a single charge of the RAVPower. The unit is small, about the size of a large lipstick, has a useful charge indicator and can be left plugged in while using the phone, it greatly increases the usable life of the phone.About a week after receiving the devices one of them broke while my daughter was inserting the charging cable, I was going to contact Amazon for a replacement, however, before I could do so Sunvalleytek had sent me an email asking me if I was satisfied with the units and I explained the problem with the faulty device. They were excellent and immediately agreed to send a replacement without any further explanation.We are very happy with these little gems and wilt the service we received from the company, I would definitely use them again and buy further products, thank you very much Niki from Sunvalleytek.

We have recently bought 2 of these ready for a holiday. Have used them at home to test them first. They deliver a fast charge (1 to a Samsung S6 and one to a Samsung S8).The cable that comes with is dual purpose (for the S6) it charges the phone and in reverse when connected to a mains adapter with usb connection, will charge the powerbank.I like the simple LED display indicator of how much charge is left. I used the powerbank for 3 nights to charge my phone after work from about 30% to 100% before it required charging itself. Charging took about 4 hours. It gets a little warm.We had one powerbank that became too hot to touch whilst charging the S8. I contacted customer services immediately and they sent out a replacement the next day. The replacement is perfect. They get a little warm as expected but not hot.The size is perfect even for womens jeans pockets. I would say a lipstick length and a half. It's the slimmest I could find with decent output.I'm very happy with my purchases and happily recommend this product.

A good product for emergencies. I keep it in my work bag and use it when needed.I have a galaxy a3 and I get about a full charge out of this.The products doesnt come with any cables so you need to use your own cable. when the product runs out of battery you can use your samsung (style) charger to charge it back up.It takes around four hours to do this. Note if you don't have a samsung cable you will have to buy one to charge it. (Beware apple users!)Users of higher power models may find it doesn't fully charge these so may want to invest In a higher capacity model.

This is a good iPhone battery charger that's very useful if there's no mains power available (eg power cut, or in a plane or train or boat) which will supply power to your iPhone via the usual charging lead minus plug.The battery pack slips nicely in your pocket or handbag and is easy to use. There is a 3 LED light indicator to show how much charge is left. You need to charge the battery pack at least twice a year, usually after using and when the powers not at maximum. The only weakness is that you do have to buy a charger especially for the battery pack if you can't use the little charge lead provided (intended to go in iPhone plug).This is a good product a smaller simpler version of their bigger special one with a torch/flashlight style light and 2 charging ports (to charge 2 iPhones or iPads etc together).This is a good product at a fair price, a good buy.

Didn't use this much when I initially bought it - but have used it a lot more since.The charging speed is good - being a 2A output.Size is also good.But I find it doesn't fully charge my phone as it theoretically should : Battery rating is 3350mAh - but it will only charge my phone (Sony Xperia Z5 Compact - battery of 2,700mAh) from low % (~10%) to approx 70-80%Granted the phone is on so consuming power - but I would have hoped for at least a full charge.EDIT:Received the following explanation from Ravpower:Since the voltage of the battery cells is 3.7V; however, the output voltage of the power bank is 5V. You must allow wastage when the voltage increases. And in the market, the average efficient of the power bank is about 85%.So the actual capacity of the power bank should be:Labeled capacity 3.7V /5V Efficient = 3350*3.7/5*85%=2107.15mAh

The RAVPower 3000mAh charger is the best and smallest portable battery charger that I have ever used. With a capacity of 3000mAh, Its not going to charge your phone several times, however the main thing is portabillity. The battery is only 3.9"x0.9", and weighing only 2.8 ounces, it's not hard to carry it in a Rucksack while travelling And with its durabillity is amazing (tubular construction), its pretty robust in my view .After charging the RAVPower to 100% (red light while charging, green when fully charged), I used it to recharge my Samsung Tab 3 7inch" tablet. I ran the test two times. The first time, the RAVPower increased the tablet's charge by 43%; the second time it was 49%. This means its extremely good.Based on my usage this power bank can give you enough charge for a whole day and can give one whole charge (Mobiles only) However for tablets because they need much more power you would probably expect 75% to 100%.Overall I think this is an amazing powerbank and I recomend it to people who go on short trips or road trips , however not to people who go on long holidays because this only gives a whole charge.
