Vitamins for men to keep healthy

I have never really stuck out taking vitamins for any length of time till I found these. I’ve been taking them on a daily basis since May 2023 and it wasn’t long till I started seeing results. My nails are stronger, I feel less fatigue, my hair feels better and when I went to give blood the nurse said my Hemoglobin was nice and high. These are much cheaper than from the high street, I was paying £17/£18 a packet previously.

I like the idea of it being a 30 day supply, so I can keep track. I generally feel a sense of Malaise during the winter months despite being fit and active, I believe that these vitamins have helped to improve my general sense of wellbeing perhaps this is down to the increase in vitamin D. I did just intend to use these through the winter but may continue throughout the year.

Exceptional performance and noticeable benefits. Pricing is a little high if not on offer and maybe would look for an alternative if not on offer. One issue I have have encountered a couple of times now is that the cod liver oil capsules have leaked/burst whilst still sealed in their blister pack which then means they aren’t useable.

Doesn’t workforce me , I won’t buy this again , I guess the other brands would be better, I didn’t like this at all, I do feel better for not using it.
