Hi, it would depend on the foundation. Some oily or lighter foundations may not cover so well but a concealed may work. Just beat in mind any liquids may have an affect on the performance of the adhesive, thanks, LifeandLooks

Is this a full 5m roll of genuine 3M Micropore tape? Is it in its original box / packaging?

The length is 10 yards (9.1 metric metres). It is supplied in a tamper proof heat sealed bag (not a cheap zip-log bag). If you want a boxed item then purchase the smaller 5 metre roll or a commercial use box of 12. If you are the type of person that is routinely concerned about whether a product is 'genuine' then go to your local pharmacy. All UK sellers on Amazon source 3M products from Europe - Germany to be specific.

I am trying to source a heavy duty dispenser for the 5cm wide tape.

This is not 5cm tape. Amazon has been made aware that they title is incorrect but they refuse to correct their mistake. DO NOT purchase this item is you are expecting 5cm wide tape. Refer to the images. width = 2.5cm, length = 5m.
