I've been using this particular whey protein for a few months now, and I can honestly say it's become an essential part of my fitness routine. I've tried other proteins that are gritty or have an artificial aftertaste, but this one blends incredibly smoothly with just water or milk, and the flavor (I got the vanilla) is genuinely delicious. How well it Mixes:Mixes about the same as every protein powder I've tried in the past 15 years. With a spoon you'll get a layer of small lumps float to the top. I got best results with water. Toss the powder in a blender with some ice and water or milk and you'll avoid lumps altogether.Unless there's a brand out there doing something wildly different with Whey Protein, I think a percentage of each scoop will always float to the top or stick to the sides of your cup. So I consider this normal for Whey Protein.Taste:It tastes like chocolate and has a pleasant peanut butter aftertaste. Protein powder flavors have been pretty decent nowadays but this one surprised me by getting the peanut butter flavor right. Having tried it with both Whole Milk as well as Water, I think the flavors best with water. Whole milk is creamier all together though.Note:Heads up, It's 30g Protein per scoop. The scoop is big. Takes 2 scoops to make 60g as per the instructions on the side.

So far, this is my favorite protein powder to date. First of all, the price is super reasonable. It's a massive tub and the scoops are rather large. Additionally, it doesn't cause any upset stomach issues. I seem to be able to digest it easily. It keep my full longer, and the strawberry flavor is pretty good. There is definitely some of that standard protein aftertaste, however, it's not as bad as some other brands! It has a very high quality overall taste.

Okay so I normally never take time to write reviews. Especially on Amazon but I ordered and received the strawberry flavor and I can say it’s absolutely the BEST ! I love the muscle recovery it gives and it doesn’t sit heavy on your stomach. It also mixes really well and doesn’t have any bad or weird after taste. I’m halfway through my first jar and will definitely be ordering another one!

Flavor is good, it does disolve good in milk and water it does have small cookie pieces and not overly sweet, I have tried other brands but I always return to this one since it's a high protein as most in the market are 25 grams of protein per scoop

It has finally happened. I'm old enough I really need to increase my protein level. I've always hated the bland taste and gritty texture of the protein powders, better for one and lack the fillers premixed protein shakes have in them. This one when simply using a shaker cup and water is smooth and delicious!! I was so surprised. I bought a small blender for under $20. Adding fruit, yogurt, nuts, ice cream, all kinds of things I like or I just shake it and go. I've found using water and a couple of tablespoons of liquid coffee creamer in a favorite flavor is quick also and very good. I will subscribe as soon as I see how often I need refills.

It tastes great with Oatmilk, Milk and water. It's delicious. I ave been using this flavor since October of 2024. I have noticed muscle and strength gains with a consistent workout routine. Every once in a while ill make a shake for a delicious snack or meal replacement.
