Fantastic, unbeatable product... if you follow these tips!
I'm mixed race with olive skin and jet black hair. Normally I moustache you not to mention my facial hair, but with this product I have it all under control. My sister and I have been using this for a few years now, after both previously relying on hot wax. This product is far superior. Easy to use, mess free, portable and extremely precise. However, it is a natural product and you do need to follow these rules to ensure a good result. 1) Skin should be clean and dry AND atmosphere must be dry. Do not use in a humid bathroom, it will not work. The skin must be completely dry for the product to adhere correctly. My sister lives in Singapore and can only use this with the aircon turned on, otherwise the humidity stops it working. 2) The product must be warmed to a runny honey like consistency first. Rubbing it between your palms will not suffice. I do this by using my body heat -put it in the crook of your knee for five minutes to warm it up. 3) If you run out of strips, rinse them in warm water and leave to dry. They can be re-used!

If you have thick eyebrow hairs, don’t bother
This product waxed my upper lip fine, but if you have thick eyebrows, don’t bother trying with this. I’m disappointed because this is the main reason I bought this product. I followed the instructions clearly and exact (warming the product, having the right hair length, applying in the right direction and pulling in the right direction, cleaning the area beforehand with the given wipes) and literally no hairs were pulled.

takes some time to get used too
when first using this product I struggled to understand why it was not working for me. After using the product for around 2 months I have learnt how I like to use it and how easy it can be to wax my eyebrows at home. This product can last you around 2 month depending on how often you use it. It is important to know that when using this product you should never place it into the microwave, so what I did to help the wax soften was holding it in my hand or placing in under my leg for a couple of minutes. Over all this is a great, easy to use and affordable product.

Really Impressed
I'm very impressed with this product: the wipes leave a pleasant, clean feeling, the applicator pen is quick and easy to use, and I love that it doesn't require any heating. I also appreciate that the cotton strips are easy to wash and re-use (I just submerged mine in warm water and rubbed them with my finger, and the dried wax and hair came right off). I have no experience waxing and was very happy with the shape and precision I was able to create. I didn't experience any of the issues other reviewers are reporting, though I admittedly do have light, fine hair, and can't speak to how the product works for darker or courser hair. Very cost effective for my purposes and I can see myself getting 3-4 uses (several weeks apart) out of this kit. I highly recommend it.

Okay for Eyebrows, Not Perfect
The wax wand is a nice idea and the application is easy, but the results aren’t flawless. It misses some hairs and isn’t very precise. Good for quick fixes, but don’t expect salon-quality results.

Doesn't work
Not strong enough to pull hair away, just stays sticking

Lockdown lifesaver
Dont usually leave reviews but considering how great a job this thing did on my eyebrows and the mixed reviews I read before I bought it i thought id leave a brutally honest review. With lockdown going on I havnt had my eyebrows threaded in about 3 months and BADLY needed them done so I took a chance on this. It's fairly easy to use, I used about 1/3 of the tube doing my eyebrows but considering how grown out they were I was chuffed and having at least 1 more waxing treatment left. I'm sure if you only had a few strays you would get a lot longer out of it but I was verging on Frida Kahlo. I love that the strips are reusable, just fill a sink with hot water and give them a rinse- very easy and disturbing to see how many eyebrow hairs come off. The wax itself is easy enough to use, it doesn't work every time you rip the strips off but a few attempts and a tidy with some tweezers and does a really good job. I am useless at beauty treatments and if even I can use it then anyone can. Great product, will def buy in future for travelling because its so compact.

Dissatisfied
As someone who has been waxing her own eyebrows at home since the COVID-19 pandemic forced everyone into lockdown, and waxing everywhere else for 5 years, I thought I’d give this cheap and much esteemed product a try. From the reviews, results appeared promising so I wasn’t too hesitant to give my money away to a company I felt would meet my reasonably decent expectations. Unfortunately, this item simply didn’t work for me. The wax is very cheap and unusually messy, the stick is not strong enough and no matter how much product is applied, I feel the hair pull is lacklustre, only taking a couple strands at a time. If anything the only way I could see this product working is if you were to really punish your skin and hair follicles with an excessively large amount of wax and force: that’s just not for me since I believe you should be especially kind to your skin when you’re putting it through the waxing procedure. Ultimately you get what you pay for. Please understand the results are paramount to however much money you spend on your desired item. I will be putting this in the bin which is a shame for the environment, and resorting back to a different brand.

I'm guessing the people who put negative reviews for this just didn't do it right because when you follow the directions it is awesome. I'm going to do a step-by-step here of what worked for me. First step, if the gunk is cold then you need to warm it up. The directions say you can place it in some warm water or rub it between your hands. I stuck it in my bra while I read the directions. Consistency was perfect after about five minutes. I'm pointing this out because I think it's important and could be another cause of the other complaints about the product if the users didn't warm it up first. Next, wash your face with clarifying face wash (I literally used dish soap because I had heavy moisturizer on). Next, use the included towelettes to wipe the area where you will be using the product and dry thoroughly. Also, the directions say to NOT do this right after a shower because something about your skin being too soft or something. Not a problem here. I did not shower before, but just thought I would point that out because that could be another reason it didn't work for other people. After the towelette, thoroughly dry the skin. I used this for my eyebrows only. The directions also say your hairs need to be a certain length for this to work. Again, no problem here because mine were lookin' straight sasquatch - quite long. But, again, could be another reason it didn't work for some people. When you're ready to begin, have a good magnifying mirror, preferably with a light, unless you can see really good up close, which I can't. I bought one here on Amazon when I bought this stuff, and I got some awesome tweezers too. I'll try to find links and post them. The mirror has a USB plug. Perfect. Anyway, I digress. So, take the tube of gunk (now warmed by your body heat) and twist the end several times until you see it start to come out of the tube. This next part is important, apply it to the hairs you want to remove IN THE DIRECTION THE HAIR GROWS, meaning from the roots to the ends. Next, quickly take the little fabric strip and place it over the gunk and rub it 3 to 4 times in one direction, THE DIRECTION THE HAIR GROWS - not back and forth, just one direction from roots to ends sort of smoothing it down into the gunk. Third, grab the strip of fabric with one hand and place your other hand on the skin to hold it taut and quickly rip it off the OPPOSITE direction - meaning, grab the strip at the ends of the hairs, not the root end. You pull AGAINST THE DIRECTION THE HAIR GROWS. This is VERY important and I know could be a reason that it didn't work for other people because I accidentally did this more than once. No hairs came off on the strip when I yanked and then I realized I had yanked from the root end, not the other end and the hair did not come out. If you do it right and yank in the correct direction, like magic, all of your hair will come out and be stuck to the fabric strip. The strips are reusable and the gunk is water soluble and just washes off so if you accidentally get it where you don't want to remove your hair you can just wash it off and start over. You rinse the strips when you're done too and it comes right out. I don't know what this stuff is made out of, but for me it worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier. And way less of a pain in the arse than trying to melt actual wax and have it be the right temperature and all that. No way! If your brows are lookin' squatchy and you don't want to go to the salon, use this stuff.

It didn't work for me, little to no hairs were removed. I will try again as I have never used this before and am still figuring it out. The cotton strips were hard to use :/ But I have heard it has done wonders for some people :)
