Gehwol 75ml Foot Cream, Strengthens Skin to Prevent Blisters

This cream was recommended by my chiropodist and has really helped my dry calluses. I am on my feet all day every day with my job. My feet have never been so great.

Eases painful callouses

Smother your feet in this stuff and help them survive a British winter! It’s thick and very fragrant. But massively reassuring. Have used it on tons of long-distance winter races in the UK and I wouldn’t chance a run without it. Protects and winterproofs your feet, especially if you re-apply at check-points etc. Particularly good if you are smashing through mud and bogs. Genuinely a game-changed and I recommend to other fell and mountain runners whenever I can.

This stuff saved my feet when I was marathon training. I stumbled on it later than I'd have liked and I already had blisters. It never fully stopped them but once I started using it they healed quickly and it prevented them becoming a problem. I didn't have to use blister plasters once after this which was massively beneficial. Slather it on in the morning then put socks on (before bed too if it's bad) and put some on before you're going out on a run and it seems to work miracles. It's thick and not designed to absorb in quickly so you get a good coating of it - can't walk around barefoot with it on. It washes out of socks fine though. Tube is a good size, lasted me a couple of months and saved buying loads more blister plasters so I think it represents good value for money.

Je suis satisfaite de cette crème qui est très vite absorbée par la peau et non grasse. Elle ramolie mes durillons sous la plante des pieds, donc moins de douleurs et me retarde ainsi les visites chez la podologue. Rafraîchissante et odeur agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nadine
