I recently purchased the Maypole 3 ft (0.915m) Trailer Lighting Board with 4m Cable & Plug, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. Good value for money
Bought to replace old kayak trailer lighting set. Great value for money item, not sure how they can offer it at the price as the individual components cost more than the complete unit. Reasonably robust base board though care should be taken to avoid cables when drilling through for fixings. The end plates are loose but can be easily fixed in place with a s s self tapping screw. Would have given 5 star rating but one light casing was cracked and should have been noticed before despatch. Very well packaged for delivery so damage did not occur during transit.

Potential Wiring Error On Brake and Tail Lights (Connections Switched)
The unit that I received had a wiring fault. The brake light and tail light connections were round the wrong way. This is obviously dangerous as with the lights on, the brake lights are not visible as they are of lower intensity. Whilst this is easily rectified the 7 pin connector only had 6 wires with the blue (fog lamp) cable missing as far as I could tell by looking at the cable end. Putting all this aside the board and lights are good quality. I returned it because of the missing fog lamp wire.
