Looking at this car seat and the graco logico L, which reclines - how comfy is this seat to sleep in?

Our 5 year old sleeps very well in it. The picture doesn't do it justice, it looks a bit upright you might think but it does have it's own reclining mechanism if you choose to use it but even if you don't the child's head doesn't slump forward like some seats but tilts naturally backwards so the body is retained in the harness in the right place ensuring they are safe. Totally recommend this seat, we were so impressed with the one we bought as a seat for my car we bought a second one for my wife's car too!!

Can this car seat be converted to a backless booster seat?

yes, it comes as 2 part, you can either put them together or just only use the base as a booster seat.

What is the height limit on this seat (ideally stated in manual)?

Hi, I purchased two of these seats for my Grandchildren and have contacted my Daughter regarding the information you need and she has checked and the seat information recommends that they are for upto 12 yrs of age with a maximum weight of 5st 9lbs or whichever comes first. Hope this helps!

I don't know how deep do you expect it to be, but our boy is quite tall for his age and we never lost him off the chair while sleeping. sometimes you have to break suddenly or to take a sharp turn, but it has no affect on a sleeping beauty. it is, probably, the same or very similar for all seats, but I am very satisfied with this model.
