Great value and does what is expected to do. It may take a little getting used to but cleared our drain in a matter of minutes. We have a big tree and roots that clog our drain line just about every year. For almost the same price of one visit, this tool did the trick. It may not be as big and powerful as the professionals, but this drain cleaner was able to open our line just as good. Wish I would have got it sooner!

We have a weird kitchen drain and it gets sluggish a lot. We were calling plumber, frequently. My husband ordered this and while it’s a bit intimidating for me, he says easy to use and works great!! Definitely worth the price. Very well made!

THE INFORMATION SAYS IT IS: Electric Drain Clog Remover Plumbing Tool - SO IT SAYS IT IS AUTOMATIC - BUT IT IS NOT ELECTRICAL FOR THE PART OF INSERTING THE CABLE: THAT PART IS MANUAL AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM: the manual force is insufficient to solve the blockage. SO THE PRICE IS MUCH TOO HIGH ALSO. I PAID MORE THAN 800 USD INCL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS AT ARRIVAL, BASED ON WRONG INFORMATION OR MISLEADING OR SCAM.

Very thoughtful design. Very happy with its performance. Have used other units that worked okay. This unit is a delight to use. feeds well and retrieves easily.

From time to time we get clogs in the garage and outside drainpipe, so after the last time I had it cleaned by a professional at a whopping $350, I promised myself that I would buy a snake and do it myself. But I slept on purchasing a snake until a year later when someone accidentally flushed a rag down the toilet, causing a backup in two drains. I decided to purchase the 3/8-inch VEVOR that was 75 feet based on speed of delivery and price; apparently, if you get roots constantly growing in the drain, it's best to go with a 1-inch VEVOR, but I wouldn't get anything under 75 feet. With no experience and about 1/2 hour's worth of YouTube video training, I was able to clean the drain after running about 70 feet of snake down it. I suspect most drains wouldn't be this difficult unless there is a tree root. And my neighbor was impressed I was able to do it myself because he was certain I needed a plumber. Just a couple of important points. 1) A lot of YouTubers will tell you to put the snake in reverse when pulling it out of the drain. You never put the snake in reverse unless it gets stuck while you're snaking. The snake is always in forward (CW) motion, even when you're finished and pulling it out. 2) Sometimes the glove may catch on the snake when you grip it; don't panic, but make sure to take your foot off the switch to stop it. You can really break a finger if you panic and simply not take your foot off the switch. 3) They actually send a nice pair of work gloves with the machine, but also wear rubber gloves under them, and get some cheap safety glasses to stop splashing in the eyes. Don't forget you're actually dealing with sewage.

Well looks pretty good, I tried it and work just fine . But I have so many questions about some parts!! Some parts Are kinda questionable 😳

La maquina funciona bien pero el tiempo de entrega fue de 4 meses. Realmente fue un producto que me llego muy tarde y no llego en el momento en que lo requería. Tuve que pagar por el trabajo y me llego mucho tiempo después cuando ya había solucionado el problema. Ahora la tengo y no la use nunca. Muy incumplido Amazon y el Proveedor porque nunca me dieron solución alguna.
