My second favourite oyster sauce
I actually feel bad only giving this 4 stars because it's light years ahead of the stuff you can buy in UK supermarkets which contain little or no oysters. I've found this is an excellent way to get more veg in my diet. Stir fry some veg, virtually anything really then two or three tablespoons of this at the end and you have a cheap and delicious meal. Only gave it 4 stars because I slightly prefer Lee Kum Kee Premium though.
