Works well. Prevents my son from toe walking
Absolutely stopped my son from walking on his toes when he wears them. He only wears them at home. He is 4, and they fit him well. Not for use inside of shoes but comfortable when at home. Easy to put on and take off. I th I no the quality is good compared to another brand I purchased. It functionally does what its intended to do. So far has lasted and durable fabric and straps.

Didn't work
Toe pad irritant is too short and kiddo easily compensates through the big toe and makes toe walking worse.

Not fully effective
My son was still able to tiptoe while wearing them

Help reduce (not prevent) toe-walking but don't last at all.
We have an oversized 6 yr old who toe walks regularly. We thought it was a phase early on and never tried correcting it until it was a well-established habit. After a year of trying verbal reminders, shoe inserts, etc., I found these. At first, they seemed to prevent the toe walking, but the effectiveness seemed to wane after a short time. The velcro wears out quickly. The pad on the underside that contains a small plastic rod (that is meant to prevent the wearer's ability to put pressure on where it sits) splits open and the rods slides out within a week of regular use. They don't work under socks or in shoes; only when barefoot. If they had better longevity, I'd rate them more highly.

Definitely prevents toe walking.
Works well. My son is a toe walker & they forced him to stay off of his toes. Every time he tried to walk on his toes it didn’t feel good, which he hated & was a good thing in my opinion. All in all they did what they were supposed to do & there were no issues with them.

This was her first walk.
Came with clear instructions, my issue is I bought the smallest size and my baby's foot is a little small so sometimes it shifts out of place but when placed correctly she does walk flat I think with continuous use I'll see results, fully recommended.

A total waste of money!!
The second time my grandson wore these the little bar came out and they were useless. For the price they should have lasted much l9nger than this. Don't waste your money!!

I LOVE IT! (son, not so much LOL)
My 8yo is a toe walking autist who is already showing signs of Achilles tightening. We do stretches and all of that, but 20 minutes of stretching everyday is not enough to combat 14 hours of toe walking. He wears a size 1 shoe and the medium *barely* fits, so if you're on the cusp of the size ranges, go up one. That said, THIS WORKS! He immediately puts his heels down to avoid the sensation. The flipside is that he chooses to sit down pretty soon, too, so it'll take time to get him accustomed to wearing them for more than a few minutes at a time. Honestly, I'm perfectly fine with that. Again, he's 8yo, so this behavior has been around a while and will take time and patience to reverse. I hope buyers consider that when using: the longer they've been showing a behavior (toe walking), the more time and effort it will take to eliminate. I would suggest pairing these with a behavior modification program at home, something simple like a reward for every 5 minutes wearing them (then 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20, etc) until the reward isn't needed anymore. I promise every caregiver reading this can do this with a little bit of research. I would suggest focusing more on rewarding the wanted behavior as this tends to give better results overall. Also, many kids on the ASD spectrum don't understand consequences very well, but rewards work. Be patient, be consistent, and stay positive. (I am a trained therapist with a focus in behavior modification therapies. This advice is *not* to be construed as medical advice. As always, consult your trusted health professionals and use your best judgment. YOU are the expert in your kid and their greatest advocate, don't ever forget that.)

I’m not saying it a bad product but wasn’t what I was expecting it to be

While the product worked for my 6 year old boy, it lasted hardly 10 days. The straps and the stitches under the toe came off within a week's time. Expecting better quality for such a high priced item.

It did work. When my daughter would wear it should would walk and stand flat. What I didn't like is the strap that goes on the toes kept opening so I had to sew it close. Then the object that makes them uncomfortable to stand on their toes started coming through the fabric and one came out so I would need to buy another one. It's only been almost a month and they are tearing. I would buy it again because it does work but it doesn't seem right that every month I would have to buy more. I'll include a picture if I can.

I'm not sure how useful is the product but my issue is the product doesn't stay in place, it keeps slipping (talking about my 1.5 year kid)
