Very "Whisper" quiet The only real noise comes from disc insertion/expulsion makes the most noise.

If you buy a ps3 from here, does it start on 3.55, or in other words. does it have to be updated at first ?

You would need to ask the seller. However this model is now very old. A better buy would be the PS3 Super Slim 500gb. Depending on budget. A PS4 would be better still.

Does it have a warranty?

I'm not sure Sony would offer a warranty now however we can offer 3 months.
