Does it contain omega 6

It does have sunflower oil in the ingredients which I assume would contain omega 6 unfortunately.

How big are the capsules?

Big. Inch long, 1/2 inch wide. However, easy to swallow.

Is this third party tested for heavy metals, if so by whom and can we see the result?

No idea. I'm just a user, not a technician. All I can tell you is, that I started seeing an arthritic deterioration in my finger knuckles many years ago. As an avid golfer I was alarmed that it would develop until I could no longer use a golf club. I was advised to start taking Mega EPA, which I did (one capsule daily) which has halted any further deterioration. Now, whether it was the regular intake, or the self belief (between the ears) that did the trick, who will ever know, but at 77 I'm still playing active competitive golf, walking the course 3 times a week and will continue to buy and use the product.
