Do these aids have noise reduction technology, and would they help with auditory processing disorder?

What plug do they have

There is an assortment of plugs that fit into your ear, but personally I couldn't get any of them to stay in the ear. Amplification of sound is good but not comfortable to wear. It may be the shape of my ear so I am not telling you that the product is no good as may be comfortable for another person. They are made well and not expensive. Personally I will buying the small wire ones which you cannot see.
