This re-usable Teflon cooking mat is absolute genius - forgive the cliche, but I don't know what I did before it! Apart from chuck-out too many baking trays. The mat can be used as an oven-liner (fan ovens only), thus doing away with the need to constantly clean the oven floor with that hideous spray cleaner, or as a liner on a baking tray or grill-pan, meaning less washing up; win, win! I have had several of these mats - the first lasted around a year before getting accidentally cut with a kitchen knife, it remained usable but wasn't quite as effective after this. The replacement is still going strong several months later, and gets some very heavy use indeed. The mat goes through the dishwasher nicely and can be rolled-up for easy storage. Great product and a good price, although I have to admit that I have recently seen them in a certain supermarket chain for 75p less than they are on here...

We have used this type of sheet for a number of years. The previous ones we got were a bit to thick to lie in some trays. These ones are thinner and sit easily in a deep roasting tray. Easy to clean and best kept rolled up in the box. Only four stars for durability as they have never lasted 5 years without getting tiny holes appearing in them letting the juices seep through them, but then we do them on a daily basis. Having said that they are still an excellent product, easy to use and clean and good value for money.

I read all the reviews of this product about it being very thin and, whilst originally I was looking for something sturdy, the price was attractive so I thought I'd give it a go. When it arrived it looked like a roll of tinfoil and was very light. I opened it out and, as others had described, it was very thin. I do a lot of cookie baking and use up lots of baking paper so for this it is perfect. Definitely non-stick and fits perfectly in a standard oven tray. The only slight downside is you cannot really pick it up on its own as it is very flexible (I made pizza the other day and it was a bit slippery to pick up) but overall I would recommend this as a good product.

I bought a couple of these a few yrs ago, they are in use a couple of times a week, for lining my baking trays, and they keep my baking trays looking good, just needing a quick wash, no hard rubbing. unfortunately one went awol probably in the dustbin, which was all the excuse I needed to buy a couple more :) The cooking mat is thin and not like a mat at all, perhaps no good for lining the base of a fan assisted oven as it may move around, but as I have never used them for this purpose , I cant say for sure For lining baking trays,cake tins etc they are ideal,non stick the food slides off them much better than when just on my non stick baking trays, easy to clean any burnt on bits are really just pretending to be burnt on so come off dead easy , no permanent grease stains on the first use like I got on those horrid silicone things Can be used in the microwave too

couldnt find this for my trays but these sheets cut down to fit perfectly, no more baking paper.

There ok easy to wipe

These teflon mats are brilliant - excellent for all sorts of baking, lining pans, etc. Also for rolling sticky stuff: I use one below and one above (e g fondant icing). Then then get a quick wash and wipe and can be used over and over again. Unlike others I have used, these ones don't get little worn patches within three uses - they go on and on. (I haven't challenged them for the whole three years yet!)

These mats are amazing: they save on washing up, avoiding any over-night soaking and scrubbing, and they also stop anything from catching at the bottom of a roasting pan. Roast Potatoes are a doddle, and can be turned over very easily meaning they don't catch and break at the bottom of a pan. Meat is lovely, and any caramel that results from the juices is easy to peal off. And as no fat is really needed, it's also healthy! I've just bought a second one as one was not enough

Très satisfaite de mon achat. Très facile à nettoyer et ne tâche pas, contrairement à un tapis de cuisson acheté 2€ chez Gifi et que je galérais à nettoyer à chaque utilisation. J'ai été surprise par la finesse de la feuille (qui ne permet pas vraiment de le laver au lave-vaisselle) mais ce n'est pas un problème, un coup d'éponge et hop la graisse est enlevée.

Les tapis de cuisson sont arrivés découper vraiment à la va-vite (découpe de travers) mais j'ai l'habitude de les utiliser et malgré qu'ils soient fins, pour certaines personnes ça dérange moi au contraire. Très facile d'utilisation

Lo utilizo para el pescado en el horno... ideal a la hora de tener que limpiar la bandeja. Este lo meto en el lavaplatos, y listos.
