This stuff is AMAZING! my hair has been stagnate at that awkward length between short and long for years! This vitamin make my hair look thicker and its growing! Give it three months to kick in then the results will surprise you! I dont need a daily vitamin when I take this either. There is so much good stuff in it! Eat with food though. I am very sensitive to taking pills without food so I get a little nauseous if I take these on an empty stomach.

Loved this product until I discovered it contains shark-derived collagen. Please consider switching to a more sustainable, cruelty-free collagen source — there’s no need to use shark!

Almost done 1 st bottle (60 days) and I have just started noticing less hair in the drain when I wash which has been consistently every 2 and day. I take 1 in the morning and 1 with dinner. I've had no upset stomach or side effects with this supplement. Hairdresser recommended because she uses it, was recommended by her dermatologist.

My dermatologist recommended because hair was falling out and blood work was normal. He said it is a cheaper alternative to Nutrafol. 3rd bottle and hair has drastically stopped falling out. It just feels better
