Q: Can someone describe to me how they make omelets using this? Do they come out as fluffy eggs or like the egg muffins you'd get from an oven?

I use 3 eggs. I saute my peppers and onions in it, then add eggs, close like lid. Check on it to see if part is cooked. Then I move outsides of omelet to let uncooked seep onto griddle. I do this till fully cooked, put cheese, put lid down til melted cheese. It makes the best, fluffiest omelets I've ever had.

Q: I prepare small sized vegetables, 4 ounces salmon, olive oil, herbs from France. Can this appliance give me a hot breakfast?

It sure can I’ve made burger patties in mine and it’s a super easy clean up mind you it gets very hot

Q: So if I have the newer version, would it have the latch? I had gotten mine back in November 2021

Q: Does this work well to make grilled chicken?

Thinly sliced I think it’d work fine. Otherwise I think it might burn on the outside by the time you get a thick piece throughly cooked. It’s been wonderful for us.
