Is this bread gluten free. It states in the Product details it is then in the ingredients it states it has wheat. What one of correct?

Yes according to the nutrition label, this bread does contain WHEAT.

How can it be 1.5 carbs with wheat included?

Our bakery uses our tried and tested recipe to produce a loaf which contains 0.3g net carbs per slice. We have recently had them laboratory tested and certified by Sugarwise. Sugarwise is the international authority for sugar claims and provide certification of ingredients, recipes and catering companies.

How long is the shelf life of this?

Hi, thanks for your enquiry. The minimum shelf life that you get upon delivery will be at least 5 days. This product should be refrigerated upon receipt, it can also be frozen if required for up to three moths.
