Great time and effort saver.
Did over ten thousand flyers & doorhangers. Had VERY few misfires or jams. Only used the wall plug so I can’t comment on battery operation.

Very nice overall electric stapler, never jammed, quality stapling, never used battery function however can plug into wall plug and use from that. Prefer that as you don't need to mess with battery's.

WELL MADE / DEPENDABLE
A YEAR LATER IVE STAPLED 1000'S OF PAGES AND NEVER A GLITCH. I LOVE THAT YOU CAN SET THE DEPTH OF HOW DEEP INTO A PAGE IT WILL STAPLE, AND THE RED LED COMES ON WHEN THERE 5 STAPLES LEFT, AND THAT THERES BATTERY BACK UP WHEN I NEED TO DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD FOR A FEW MINUTES AND USE IT ON BATTERY POWER.THIS WAS A GREAT BUY !!!

This is an update from a previous review. My TA found the adjustments on the side to move where the staples hit the paper. My kids love it now. I would purchase again. :)Previously: I bought this for my classroom. Don’t waste your money. You cannot control where the staple gets placed. The sensor will not allow you to put the staple in a sensible place.
