Q: How much is the depth?

Deep enough even for a pastry topped pie at approximately 3cm to the very top.We use ours for flapjack and tray bake almond slices mostly, the non stick is excellent and turns out a pastry base easily and for the flapjack a sharp inverted rap against the worktop along each long edge releases as a whole, no need for knives or spatulas which may damage the non stick, then a hot rinse and wipe.These are excellent trays and highly recommended.
