If the Makita tool has a star where the battery fits in it will take the lithium batteries all the lithium batteries have the same fitting

Hi Kim, I use these with all my 18v Makita cordless tools including drill, angle driver, jig saw, blower, hedge trimmer, strimmer and vacuum cleaner but the tool I don't have is a router so I'm sorry I can't advise on that.

I can replace old batteries bl 1830, 18v= 3.0 ah 54wh withi bl1850, 5ah and use a same charger (dc 18 rc)?

That’s what I have done, appears to work fine for me, I have a DC18RC charger. Makita have another different size charger DC10WC for 2.0 Ah batteries.

Will these fit a dewalt skill saw?

No, these will defintely not fit a De Walt power tool. There are a number of adaptors on the market to permit batteries to be used on other makes. You may be able to find one suited to your needs.
