This arrived literally 2 minutes before I was going to put my burgers on the griddle. Love you Amazon! This press is legit! Sturdy steel that lets you smash with ease. The size is perfect for 1/4 and 1/3 pound patties and probably even larger. I don’t think you can find a nicer one out there.

Simple, heavy, great with the included paper squares
I make my smash burgers in two skillets on the stove top. I get the pans to 360, then I smash a ball of seasoned ground beef (~3.30 ounces). After about 30 seconds I flip it and move it over to the other pan. The wax paper makes it so easy. And the smasher is great.

A must have for smash burgers!Make sure to grab some wax paper sheets, too.Also, I pre-smash my burgers. Doing it on the grill will leave you will burns!
