Waterman Deluxe Fountain Pen Ink Piston Converter Gold Trim

These ink pistons are superb for my fountain pens. Always work and easy to reload more ink.

I can't see any "gold trim" on mine but I bought the branded version as I'd received a nice Waterman fountain pen as a leaving present from my last job. Works well, as you'd expect.

The reservoir in one of my pens had ceased to function properly. As it was an expensive, over £75 way back in the 1970's I needed a replacement for it. Very impressed with the replacement as it fits perfectly.

This fountain pen offers excellent writing performance and, with proper care, promises a long lifespan; however, it does not quite match the quality of my Pilot fountain pens, particularly my Pilot Vanishing Point, though I remain satisfied with its performance.

I had high hopes for this converter, it is easy to install and straightforward to suck up the ink. I thought I would help reduce plastic waste but I'm afraid this will be going in the bin. It leaks horribly, it also turned my fine nib Allure into a sponge, gone were the beautifully crafted lines and hello to the splurge of ink that turned my handwriting into nothing more than a finger painting. Shame really, but I'm going back to cartridges. EDIT: I decided to flush the pen out and used a cartridge for a day, then I thought I'll give this another chance, I didn't fill it so much and with baited breath I once more started to write...this time the ink flowed at a better pace and no longer felt I would be finger painting! A much better result, so I have upgraded my review and am more than happy with this. I can once again reduce my plastic waste and now don't need to frantically scrub my fingers! I'll obviously revise this if anything changes but as of now I do recommend this!

Great item, reminded me of many years ago having a balloon type thing in the main body of the pen only this one is easier and you can see the ink inside it. Brilliant

Personally I don’t get on well with cartridges - and that goes for almost every make of pen I have tried … This adaptor fits all my Waterman pens (so I have several) giving me the flexibility to use any colour I like - not restricted to the two or three made available by Waterman, and must other manufacturers. I also get a better ink flow than most cartridges provide, so very happy with it.

Aangezien ik verschillende kleuren inkt heb (niet de buisjes, maar de inktpotten) moest ik op zoek gaan naar inktbuisjes om te vullen. Heb er 10 gekregen in 1 pak; dus zeker niet duur én juiste formaat.

O produto a que me refiro é o original da Waterman: boa qualidade, compatível com a caneta tinteiro Waterman modelo "Graduate" ou "Allure" em inox metálico. Adaptou-se perfeitamente bem à caneta. Substituiu bem os cartuchos.

Los cartuchos son originales. Yo pedí 2 Piezas, para dos plumas fuente Waterman diferentes. Mi sorpresa fue recibir 2 paquetes, uno con 10 piezas del convertidor, y el otro ¡con 12 Piezas! ¡Ahora tengo 22 ( sí, veintidós) convertidores, en lugar de los 2 (dos) que pedí!!! Bajo este principio, el precio del producto es una verdadera ganga. El producto no tiene devolución, por lo que no veo forma de devolver al menos uno de los paquetes...

Avevo preso un convertitore waterman in plastica qualche anno prima che si era rotto e questa volta ho voluto provare questo. Direi che il suo lavoro lo fa bene. Non è molto capiente ma si inserisce perfettamente nella waterman senza perdite.
