Very bright, easy to install, good quality, easy to posision to have the light where you want it and the sensor area tuned. Works well, happy to recommend 5 stars. This lights up the long back garden very effectivly

Excellent quality, have it mounted much higher (approx 15ft) than recommended and still works a treat, Sensor and timer no issue, upmarket floodlight compared to the usual products from DIY stores.

Is it possible to get a well made, robust and effective security light? I hope this is it. At first sight, looks much the same as the rubbish you get from the big chains at a fraction of the price. But just handling it, you can feel the better quality. Is it worth paying several times as much? Time alone will tell, but if it saves replacing unsightly rusty and malfunctioning lights every couple of years, I will be satisfied.

Its a bit more expensive than some I looked at , but when it arrived you can see why . The build quality is the best by a long way . It should stand the test of time , that the cheaper ones have not . Fitting was straight forwards and it works fine , the only thing I did notice is that the range is a bit shorter that it states on the leaflet , but as mine is within 10 Metres of the walk way , it does not effect the operation .

Great light, fitted about 18ft high to side of house, have had to fit shields the sensor reach is great. Note this is my second one fitted, the higher it is fitted the greater sensor range. Better than the basic diy stuff, and bought mainly for sensor reach and coverage. I I did not already have one fitted over the back patio I would have bought the corner bracket and fitted to the back corner of the house and a single spot would have been more than enough.

Bought to replace a lamp that has failed, this lamp is well made and easy to install.

Great product. Worth paying the extra few bob!

This security light has been fitted to the front of our London flat for the past 18 months. It was working fine until two weeks ago when it began getting temperamental, then stopped working altogether. We've tried replacing the bulb but it seems to be completely dead. I would have expected a longer life-span from this product.

Beau projecteur . Installé sous avancée de terrasse , éclaire de face sur plus de 20 m. Réglage facile et efficace. Bon maintien du socle sur mur par 4 vis , le projecteur est emboité dans le socle et fixé par une seule vis en dessous ; attention, il ne faut pas trop incliner le projecteur vers le bas pendant la pose de cette vis ! risque basculement .Bien l'enfoncer dans le socle . La notice prévoit la pose à au moins 1m sous plafond ( parce que lampe halogène ça chauffe ) . la hauteur étant de 2.70 m , le projecteur serait à 1.70 m du sol , pas esthétique du tout ! cela dépend du type de plafond , il est placé à 0.50 m sous un plafond de terrasse en lambris pvc , le vide au dessus , projecteur légèrement incliné vers le bas , aucun risque de chauffe .

Rispetto alle altre lampade della stessa linea sia a led che alogene, questo non ha 4 fori di connessione alimentazione, quindi non si può decidere se farlo comandare ed accendere come un normale faro, oltre che usarlo anche come faro a sensore. Il mio elettricista ha by passato la connessione e disinserito il sensore di movimento. Per il resto la luce è ottima anche se consiglio di sostituire la lamapadina di scarsa fattura compresa e passare ad una a miglior resa e minor consumo di marca.

Sehr schicke und robuste Aussenlampe von Steinel. Ist nicht die erste und mit Sicherheit auch nicht die letzte Lampe von diesem Hersteller. Verarbeitung, Montage und Funktion sind TOP. Einstellmöglichkeiten, wie Empfindlichkeit, Dauer, Reaktionsbereich auch super und sehr einfach zum Einstellen. Strahler ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Au déballage, on a déjà une impression de solidité qui ne se dément pas à l'installation. Les caches fournis permettent d'occulter une partie du champ à détecter (hauteur et profondeur); le détecteur est très sensible, la porte de sous-sol ouverte de deux centimètres, ça s'allume...Le bloc ampoule orientable horizontalement et verticalement. Pour le prix, il vaut mieux mieux prendre plus puissant quitte à mettre une ampoule moins forte. En cas de besoin, on peut ainsi monter en puissance sans changer d'appareil. Très satisfait de l'achat et de son utilisation. Un petit reproche : les chevilles fournies sont trop petites.
