Amazed!
I had these delivered last Thursday and I started taking them Friday as described in the instruction leaflet. When I started taking them I weighed in at 226lb and at 5ft 8" that was a bit uncomfortable, I had also tried the usual diet plans, none of which worked for me despite my best efforts (and I have a lot of will power), they left me feeling hungry and fairly miserable. Anyway, I saw these XLS tablets when I was in Boots picking up a prescription but the price was prohibitive at £59.99 for a month's supply. Checked on Amazon and they were around £35 + £7 for next day delivery so still much cheaper. At that price I thought it was worth a shot, considering these diet plans that come with about 6 books, weekly classes and membership fee had probably cost me five times more than that anyway.I am on day 5 of taking them, I have stuck to low fat but tasty meals, but have not cut anything out completely apart from bread which I feel was causing bloating anyway, I have a few (and I mean a few) oven chips on the side of whatever my main is, I can't live without chips and this helps to keep cravings away. I work longish hours as a driver so increased activity is difficult so there has been no change there. I find that hunger is kept at bay (most of the time) and I would recommend that you do increase the amount of fluids you drink to help with the hunger and to keep things moving!Yesterday I had to buy a new belt as my trousers had become loose. A positive side effect is that the symptoms of my Gastro problems have subsided considerably. I have not noticed any negative side effects yet and I suppose that if I were to experience any they would have presented themselves by now.The best news is... and this is why I am amazed.... weighing in this morning...I have lost 10lbs in just 5 days, far exceeding any expectations.I would stress though that these are not a miracle pill that allow you lose weight just by taking them, you do still need a little will power and to change your eating habits a bit by leaning toward more healthy options.Go for it and good luck.

A great help
I'm really happy with my purchase of the XLS Medical Fat Binder and I am about to purchase another pack.I found it to be a great support for my diet. Over 7 weeks I lost just over a stone and, whilst I'm sure this had a lot to do with the fact that I was (generally!) careful with what I ate, the XLS Medical Fat Binder definitely helped.I really felt like they gave me the edge, gave me more momentum, an advantage. When I had the occasional lapse, I didn't just give up on my diet like I normally would. I knew that 25% of the fat in my drunken kebab had been soaked up by the tablets and so it wasn't such a bad lapse, so I didn't give up.Like many reviewers, I took 1 at breakfast, 2 at lunch and 3 for dinner (instead of 2:2:2 as recommended) because I found my evening meal to be much fattier than lunch whilst my breakfast is virtually fat free. However I disagree with many reviewers saying that you need remember to take them for every meal otherwise the whole day is lost if you miss one set. The tablets work on the meal that you have just eaten, and nothing else. Therefore if you have a banana for breakfast and you don't take your tablets after, don't worry, it was only a banana, and the next set of tablets will work on your lunch once you take them after you have your lunch. As for side effects, I suffered none. In fact, toilet-wise things improved and flatulence reduced. This would have partly been because of the improvement in my diet, but I believe this was also to do with the tablets. That said, side effects will occur in some people, as is the case for any drug or medical device, therefore it is worth checking other reviews (and more importantly the patient information leaflet) for more details on possible side effects. Finally, I found that they made me feel fuller for longer, and curbed cravings I also had more energy, but this would be more to do with the weight loss itself. There are a lot of reviews that say that it didn't work for them. It's worth reading them. There's also quite a few reviews that say it did work them. For me, it worked an absolute treat, so I'm giving it five stars and I am looking forward to losing another stone over the next couple of months.

The company should produce regularly
Iam leaving 3 stars only, as this tablet one day available, and after say currently no available, till for few months ?!The process of loosing weight, take few months to one year ,and this tablet one day available and after few months is currently no available, how people reordering?Buying one time like one month sample,it's only away to loose money, rather doing weight loose, otherwise the tablet is good, as before covid ,was sold out in boots, when half price,I bought for few months as I tried to loose weight and was helpful,It's like when doing diet like keto and daily doing exercise of cross trainer for one hour , this tablet help you lose weight daily about 200g,but without the tablet with diet and daily exercise only loose 50g ,I like American loosing weight tablet, it helping to lose weight,And in 2003 they sold out a loosing weight cap in middle East named" Magic Herb " it smells like dried dill ,it was looked like Magic, helps people to lose weight per bottle about 10kg ,but had side affect of low heart beat sadly, they forbidden it ,as the tablet make low blood pressure, by not letting interesting for food, always make you full after taking.

XLS Medical Fat Binder Tablets
I'm afraid to say that this product has been a total waste of nearly £35.00. I'm 11 stone and need to lose a good stone, I have not lost a pound on these tablets and after a trip to Rome ( where I was walking constantly therefore burning up alot of energy) I took the tablets and I actually gained weight. I was not eating puddings and only had alchohol in moderation. I kidded myself it was muscle gained with all the walking, I have returned home to find I am still not losing. I have now used up the packet of 60, am eating normally and not drinking 4 nights a week and 3 pounds has dropped off with no assistance from the tablets.I'm sorry to say they were a complete waste of time, are they supposed to be for obese people only? if so that is not the message given on the TV advertisment where I first saw them. I have a friend on them who has a few more stone to lose than me and can only hope she has more luck.I won't be recommending them.

Works...but does it? How can you tell.
Have been dieting for past 5 months and have managed to loose 5 stone. I have used a combination of weight watchers, walking (using a fitbit) and taking these. Firstly these tablets are not a magic bullet. You can not take these then go on a take away binge. But as a part of reduced calorie / increased activity regime they can certainly help. I would have expected to lose 2-3 pounds per week and achieved this. However some weeks I achieved 4 pounds. Virtually impossible to tell if this was down to less calorie/ increased activity or these. But I think its fair to say its likely to be a combination of all 3.I started off by getting the trial pack and I had no side effects at all. Everything normal including the very obvious way the body deposits the fat.I believe your personal results will largely centre around your fat consumption. Eating an ultra low fat diet and you are unlikely to see major benefits.Just boight my last pack as trying then for 3 months. Bit expensive to continue longer as I think gym membership now would be beneficial and is near the price of these. But for anybody needing that little extra boost or want to shift an extra pound on top of your current weight loss regime. Go for it.

Here’s the reason it doesn’t work for some:
This works. It’s been reviewed through scientific studies using objective test subjects (rats) and clinically proven. I would have to agree also. The reason so many people have failed using these is because most diets are carb-laden and not fatty. Cakes, chips, sandwiches, pasta, bread- all high carbs. Chips have a fair amount of both.So my advice would be to either follow a low carb moderately high fat diet with the tablets OR do what I do- I use a combination of other tablets and I keep my litramine for when I have fatty meals like a fried breakfast, anything heavy with cream, yogurt, cheese, deli meats, etc. Take outs.If you take these and there’s not enough fats (lipids) for them to bind to, they will cause flatulence. However, if used properly, you’ll just poo more and the stool will be a lot softer due to the high fat content. Lol like Lindt lindors- which you should also take these with if you eat them haha.Side note: I take phentermine in the mornings which contains, like most pills, a coating on the outside which is made from a fatty acid. I would highly advise NOT taking litramine with these because the phentermine is 100x more effective (exaggerated opinion, not fact) and at least 2-3x more expensive plus requires prescription, and you run the risk of the litramine binding to the coating which is tightly wrapped around the phentermine and pooping out the lot.Good luck and may you all end up as skinny as you hope with as little effort as possible 🤣

I wouldn't recomend.
Difficult to rate.I got these because I thought it was an easy way to lose weight and become healthier. Drinking only water with these tablets make me constipated. I have made some drematic changes in my diet and cutting out fizzy juice and most fruit juces. But having 2 or 3 glasses of juice a day will see there are no problems when going to the toilet.Another thing is that as soon a I swallowed these and they hit my stomache I got cramp for about 5/10 minutes each time. I did however continue to take these for 3 weeks and found that I lost no more weight than I usually do. I stoped after 3 weeks because something inside me was telling me they were doing more harm than good.4/5 days after stopping taking these I have only been able to pass a stool twice.I honestly don't think these are any good in my opinion, if you want to lose weight I would suggest that you stop buying junk food every day/ week. drink water before and after you eat, and eat a maximum of 3 times a day, all healthy main meals. Don't resort to taking pills, you don't know what is really in them...Please like my new facebook page for weight and health advice! [...]Anything is better that using drugs isn't it?
