I only started taking this weightloss supplement 3 days ago. My weight gain comes from my love of chocolate, cakes and i know I am taking in too many carbs. My stomach was so bloated and all my weight gain seems to be on my stomach due to my sugar and carb intake. 3 days on my stomach is not bloated, my digestion is so much more comfortable, I definitely look thinner even my daughter noticed this last night. Now all said and done I don't eat huge meals or consume too much fat, but I have menopausal sweet cravings that have left me weight gain. These supplements are trimming me without a doubt, so I highly recommend these white kidney beans extract supplements they are most certainly working very well for me 😊

Only taken for a few days so can't really say if they are going to be as effective as last time I used them

I have tried several supplements, and I can say I find this one the most effective.I take it in combination with green tea.I like the fact that it stops me feeling hungry and stops me craving food. When I do eat, I tend to eat smaller portions.I am losing weight steadily.

Didn't really do much for me which was disappointing. But they are small enough not to struggle to get down the throat. No horrible taste. They may work for others but not for me

As a part of my low-carb, glucose controlled, keto diet plan, I have found these tablets most helpful.

Didn't really feel any effect from these. Plenty of tablets, no taste, and well packaged. Didn't notice any real change however.

I have the tummy, the dreaded tummy. I could eat salad all day long, etc., but I seem to have a stomach that doesn't want to go. It might be due to my age or hypothyroidism, or it might be just my genes.All I know is that I would like a tummy that is smaller than I have got, not a flat tummy, just a smaller tummy.I am in the process of taking these, and I haven't noticed any difference. My stomach is still there. Its like mocking me and saying, 'doesnt matter what you do, I am here for good.' lol..its a talkative tummy.I will be carrying on taking these tablets, as I want to believe it will work. I have read the other reviews, so I might be one of those that it takes longer to work.The tablets are easy to take, it havent affected my energy levels, I havent had any side effects.

This seems ok for my weight loss journey. I think it is helping, although I would be losing weight anyway regardless as I'm exercising and in a calorie deficit.I found the label on the packet confusing though. It says one serving is 1 capsule. Yet its actually a pack of tablets (x120) like the listing says.It's 250mg per serving, which is a 20:1 equivilant to 5000mg of the raw herb.I'd recommend, although I'd have rather it been in capsule form. I find the tablets a bit hard to swallow.
