Nice frame and good size

I received this lovely frame and unfortunately it had a small dent in it. I had no choice except to use it as it was for a gift and I was short of time but, as the company had included a note of their email address, I dropped them a note enclosing a photo, to let them know it had slipped through their Quality Control but advising that I’d used it anyway therefore wasn’t looking for a refund. They responded by apologising profusely and IMMEDIATELY sending me a replacement frame which I was able to offer to my friend who was delighted to accept it and use it to frame another print she had received by the same artist. Top-notch customer service and I would definitely use them again in future! Thank you Frame Company!

First one arrived promptly but unfortunately it had a couple of visible imperfections in the surface finish. A quick email to customer services resulted in an immediate replacement without the need to return the faulty one first. Sadly, frame number 2 wasn’t much better. This one had a crack in it but once again a prompt replacement was offered along with an assurance that frame number 3 would be physically inspected before delivery. It was and so we got there in the end. So, if and when you get a good one, it’ll look really smart and be worth any hassle you might experience getting hold of it.

Bought this as a gift for my son & DiL’s 7th wedding anniversary. Initial order got lost in the post but the seller didn’t even hesitate to order a replacement for me. Replacement arrived quickly & safely, frame was very well packaged in bubble wrap which I really appreciated. I hope they will both love it!

I struggled finding this exact frame size in the shops and needed a silver frame to compliment my print. I bought these frames in silver (this model) and black. I must admit the silver frame is better quality than the black. I like the finish better. Anyway, I'm not sure I'd use these frames for wall hanging. They're fine for now but not super sturdy. So if you're looking for a good frame, you'd better spend a little bit more to get a solid quality frame. I didn't want to spend a fortune on frames so this is good value for money.

I liked the colour and sturdiness of the frame. Arrived in a larger box than the frame. Didn't like the way the courier had forced the box over my gate. It did say FRAGILE on the outside of the box. Luckily it wasn't damaged!! Also didn't get a message saying it had been delivered therefore didn't know it was there.

This is the second frame I’ve purchased I bought it to match the first, looks good both together.

Die auf den Fotos abgebildete Stütze ist nicht mitgeliefert worden. Gerade deswegen hatte ich mir diesen Rahmen bestellt. Sehr enttäuschend.
