Not impressed in the slightest, recd this item thursday 11/4/13, opened box, no user manual, phoned seller who emailed same. plugged system in to charge, as quick as charge light came on, it went off, phoned seller again, powered up system, no sound from big speaker whilst on phone to them. system broke and mustve been previously used by someone else as speaker cover to the right was dented and scratched, this item was meant to be new. seller emailed me return labels. sent it back on friday 12/4/13 after alot of hassle with post office as its quite a large item. germany depot delayed delivery back to themselves for 2 days wanting later delivery, eventually delivered to them on friday 19/4/13 at 10.09 am, still not been advised of new delivery of new item and when u send emails to customer support, they just send back emails palming you off. i am so fed up with this. i am on the verge of going to trading standards as this item wasnt even fit for the intended purpose under the sale of goods act. i paid my money in good faith, as soon as they recd this back, another shouldve been dispatched right away. customer service has been awful and as i say, i am still waiting?????
