is this a dry pellet-like food, or a paste that needs to be refrigerated?

It was a while ago since I bought it but I'm pretty sure it was a dry powder.

Is it good for corydora fry?

It should be good for all fry. I used a pin head to give as a pinch is way too much. If you use this or any other fry food do a test using a clear glass otherwise you'll have too much in the tank and it is impossible to get out as the micro pellets are so small. Water quality and cloudiness could end up being a problem as can unneaten food going off.

Is this okay for electric blue acara fry?

I think you will find it`s good for all small fry, I have used it for my Rainbow fish fry.

Any good for bamboo shrimp?

Yes fine food such as this will be taken by filter feeders if it is in the water current
