Bought for my autistic son, age 3. Absolutely fantastic pillow. He does need to use all his weight on it, if he wanted to lay his head on it he needs to apply a lot of pressure to it (usually i help him with this, which isn't always practical) but other than that its brilliant, long lasting material, soft, strong vibration (although can be noisy for children who are over sensitive to noise - still worth trying it though, i was sceptical about the noise but it actually has a calming effect on my son). Definitely worth the price!

Present for two friends who have severe back pain. They both found it soothing which is good but when I examined it I felt it could have been slightly cheaper in price. But I think that although the vibration is moderate it does tend to soothe a troubled area which was the general idea.

This was purchased for my wife who suffers from lower back pain. She has been so happy with the soothing result that I have re-ordered one for her mother. The cushion is firm but activation is very positive once leaned on and it seems to be very tempting to overuse. Well worth considering for the home or car to gently ease discomfort.
