AC Infinity MULTIFAN S3, Quiet 120mm USB Fan, UL-Certified for Receiver DVR Playstation Xbox Computer Cabinet Cooling

Note: Product purchased directly from seller AC Affinity and fulfilled by Amazon. I use this to improve the air circulation on my Xbox One, which is housed in a narrow TV cabinet. Even though the cabinet is not fully closed, the external of the Xbox can get very hot, especially during a long session. I placed this fan directly on over the Xbox's top vents, blowing away from the xbox. The build quality is solid. You can shake it about, try to bend or squeeze it, there is no rattling or even creaking noise. Around the frame, all surfaces that you can touch, it is all smooth, no hint of any sharp edges. When the fan is running it is very quiet. There is a mechanical switch built into the USB cable. This switch has 4 positions; OFF, speed 1, 2 and 3. At speed 1, you wont even know it is running. Speed 2, in a room without any other sound you can almost hear it, but it is still quieter than my external Western Digital hard drive. Speed 3, well, you can definitely hear it. Not that the motor is noisy, just the wind noise it generated, and if you have the TV speaker on, it will drown out the noise from the fan. The OFF position is very useful, because I connected to the XBox usb port, and the port is always powered, even when Xbox is in standby/sleep mode. With the OFF position I can switch off the fan when I not using the Xbox. This is so effective, speed 1 is enough to keep the Xbox cool. The fan comes with 4 rubber feet attached, it does a very good job of keeping the fan on top of the xbox. At £15, this us not the cheapest 120mm fan on Amazon, but I am convinced this is worth its price tag. It is certainly has done what I needed it to do and quality is great. Only question is, how long will it last, time will tell. I would highly recommend this fan to anyone looking to improve air circulation for AV devices.

I love it. It just does what I needed, it's quiet, after years still running strong, totally reliable and dependable. The speed range is great - at the slowest it's absolutely quiet yet still providing significant air flow, at the highest it's obviously no more silent but the airflow is marginally more intensive. I needed it for badly designed laptop with only passively cooled CPU in the back of the display side and I just glued velcro on the fan and the back of the laptop and would stick it on the back whilst working, did the job and made that crappy laptop usable eliminating constant down throttling.

Super quiet comes with rubber feet I've put my CCTV NAS box physically on it to keep it nice and cool

I used two fans to cool my av amp in cabinet works well very quiet. Very good quality product.

I have a couple of WD MyBooks connected to my server, which runs 24/7. These external HDs run fairly hot in their enclosure, especially under load. I've positioned the HDs together and placed this fan on top, so that it covers the vents on both enclosures. I've set the fan speed to low, and even when I'm transferring a lot of data, the temps now stay in the low 30s. I'm really amazed at the result, and it's saved me money from needing to buy a fan-based enclosure (like a NAS). On low speed, you really can't hear it running. Even on high speed it hardly makes any noise. The build quality feels excellent, so I anticipate that it should last a few years. Great product!

I had a problem with my Humax FreeSat box. It kept overheating on warm days. I plugged the power connector of the fan into the USB port on the FreeSat box and presto it worked. I put it flat under the FreeSat box using it as a stand. Its black so hardly noticeable, and the fan cools from the bottom. The sound it makes is very quiet on speed 3 and completely silent on speed 1. I'm using speed 2 to keep the FreeSat box cool and it can just be heard when you put your ear close to it: The FreeSat box makes more noise. Well impressed.

Been looking at AC cooling products for a while now and as much as id have loved to have baught the full AV receiver version, I unfortunatly didnt have the head room for it so opted for this single 120mm S3 fan instead to use on the back of my cabinet. First impresions are really good. It feels well built and solid. Miles better than even a decent branded PC case cooling fan. Not only this but to my suprise it comes with a built in daisy chain USB header to power another fan from this one to share power 👌 a nice touch if you ask me. Also imcluded are some dual metal fan grills for front and back, and to top it off 8 included rubber feet already mounted for anti-vibration/noice (can be removed) Final thing to point out is I was suprised how long the wire was. Included a photo of this also to show just this. 👍🏻 looking forward to mounting tbis to my cabinet to remove all the hot air from the top. Will update soon with results... Noise levels are not bad at all. Fairly silent compaired to other 120mm fans. Especially if its tucked away and you have your TV/System on.

My old desktop runs a bit warm nowadays, especially if i'm converting large files etc, so I bought this fan to see if it would make a difference. It certainly does. Bolted onto the side casing vent and set to suck air out its made quite a difference to the through flow of cooler air. Looking at the task manager performance realtime graphs the difference between on and off is quite substantial so i'm really happy to have done this. However it is a bit noisy so I only use it when really needed.

This is my 2nd time getting from AC Infiniity. My first, two fans affixed to my home server cabinet, have been running 24/7 for the last 4 years. They are still quiet and blowing strongly. That says a lot.

Lo compré para mantener frio un MINI-PC cuando lo tengo trabajando a máximo rendimiento. El ventilador no se escucha nada (tras 3 meses de uso) y mantiene fria la dependencia donde se aloja la RAM y los SSD, al que está destinado el ventilador.

良いです 強でも音も静か 7年近くノーメンテで耐久性も問題なし 当たり前ですが、定期的に掃除をしないとホコリが取りづらいぐらいですかね
