This is a great little piece of kit! It feels sturdy you just need to be careful when you get it out of the box as it springs open when you take the plastic off and could potentially hit you with quite a force. It does creak a little when using it but but offers good resistance I think as I feel it the next day if i have used it. It would be nice if it had a leaflet with it showing a few ideas of different ways you could use it but there is always google i guess for that!

good exerciser with very (and i mean VERY) strong resistance. Some other on the market have quite weak resistance.

Sooo.... this thing is.... a mixed bag. It is good for working out your chest and arms doing a bear hug style movement by clamping it shut with your arms. But for the legs and thighs it’s cumbersome as heck. Not easy at all to get and keep in place, and for me it’s VERY rough on your legs. Like almost to bruising point. It kind of hurts really doesn’t feel good far from comfortable. It’s got the right idea and it does make you work to do the exercise which is good but it’s very awkward, uncomfortable (to the point of almost bruising you) and hard to make work smoothly. I think this is more for guys and/or people who have very tough hard to bruise legs. It’s not a pleasant sensation using this.

I bought this to aid my recovery from knee surgery and assist with building up my quod muscle. However, i now use it to tone up my arm and aid with toning my stomach muscles. I don't think this product alone will ever enable ne to gain muscles as big as the guy advertising the product, but it works and has assisted with toning up my arms and reducing my bingo wings. It has also helped with me building and toning my thigh muscles. Gave 4 star as can be painfull when pushed again soft tissue such as inside of thight. But does have cushion handles and is very sturdy.

I wanted this for inner thigh exercises. Despite the product page featuring ladies, this device actually requires quite a lot of force to use. I placed it between my thighs and squeezed in. The item is poorly designed. The forces are not exerted on the upper legs at the same points on each side. The curve on each end is really a stabiliser, but as you can see the arms with the branded white icon are on opposite ends of the device, like diagonally opposite. When I used it, I got a sore right knee. The forces, instead of being directed directly at the upper leg bones, are directed towards the right knee on one leg, and towards the upper leg bones on the other leg. I am using it to build up my inner thighs to correct a kneecap alignment issue. This device should offer adjustable tension but it doesn't. It is too strongly tensioned. I am very disappointed with this product. I've stopped using it.

Exactly what I needed. I had one before and other I have order didn’t have a very strong resistance.

Had a similar model before and after bumping up my workouts back in January it broke (the inner spring actually snapped, I guess from increased pressure I was placing on it due to increased muscle/tension and over-use) so got this as a quick replacement. I wasn't expecting wonders at the price but as it's only to supplement my gym workouts with light use at home thought would give it a go. Very happily surprised with it all round to be honest - the tension is good despite the price, it's very versatile and the quaity for the price is great as it's held up after four months of increased usage and still going strong.

Cheap and does the job but is very loud and also you can feel the spring inside moving side to side. Can be frustrating if you are using this in silence, put the TV or something on so you can't hear it.

Il n'y a pas grand chose à dire sur ce type de produit. Il fait tout à fait correctement ce pour quoi il est prévu avec une bonne résistance. Sans être extraordinaire, les finitions sont bonnes et la qualité semble être au rendez-vous. Est-ce que la différence de prix par rapport à d'autres modèles moins onéreux se justifie? Sans vraiment avoir l'impression d'avoir payé trop cher, je n'en suis pas sûr.

Necesitaba ejercitar bien la cara interior del muslo y la zona del pecho y el triceps, me recomendaron este tipo de aparato. Esta fabricado en hierro, plástico y gomaespuma esa tipo tubo piscina. La dureza esta bastante bien, tanto para intermedio como para principiantes. La verdad es un buen producto para el precio que tiene, la calidad es buena y me he bajado muchos ejercicios con ella para todas las partes del cuerpo. Una buena ayuda para el ejercicio en casa. Totalmente recomendable.

Mi scuso per la recensione precedente: il pacco è arrivato regolarmente e puntuale. Si era perso nei meandri dei nostri magazzini. I prodotti sono ottimi. I manubri sono anche belli, oltre che perfettamente funzionali. L'attrezzo per braccia e gambe è un po' leggerino, ma lo si capiva anche dalla descrizione e, comunque, funziona.
