Yes, you can use it to body and head. I use it most of the time only to hair and face wash.

Is this suitable for spot prone skin or will it clog pores?

By spot prone skin do you mean acne type spots? That implies oily skin. This is really for dry skin or dry skin conditions. It can’t do any harm but another product might be better. I don’t know anything at all about blocked pores. What is this? If you mean dry patches? Then this would be fine. As a shower oil it’s wash on wash off.

Did the packaging changed?

It’s a slightly different bottle if that’s what you mean? I recommend this product whatever the packaging

does it contain perfume?

It definitely has a strong perfume smell. Unfortunately the ingredients are written in French on the label.
