Fab costume - good quality, skirt a little itchy would recommend tights! Looked great!

I wanted to properly review this dress as struggled myself when buying. I first ordered adult STN size (10-12). It did fit as I am a small/regular 10 but it was not very flattering. I returned and ordered the TEEN size (size 6-8 I think) which fit perfectly and was very flattering. The arms were slightly tight. I considered letting them out but didn't in the end. I just needed help taking it off as couldn't alone. But the fit was much much nicer that it wasn't an issue. Just be aware that STN SIZE is made to fit up to a large size 12 so if you want the dress to be fitted and you're more of an 8/10 you'll be better with a TEEN size. The costume is good quality for the price but the petticoat inside is VERY scratchy. Nothing a pair of high waisted Bridget Jones style pants won't sort out which is what I did. All in all recommend this costume. Very authentic!

Really fantastic outfit (bought with sequin ruby shoes and matching Toto in basket for World Book Day). Lovely colours and design, very like the original. I have knocked off a star as I found it to be a little short. At 5ft 4in, I’m average in height for an adult woman but this came nearly half way up my thigh so I wore a slightly longer white slip under it to bring down the overall length. That being said, all other measurments were absolutely fine. Recommended buy.

I find all fancy dress costumes pricey however, I can't complain on this outfit for quality and style. It looked the part and did not look tatty at all! Quite comfortable minus the netting being a bit itchy. But wear a pretty coat or tights and will be fine! Fits well for recommended sizing guide.

This outfit was expensive and I expected better quality. Poor fit, scratchy material, poorly made with loose threads I sent it back and made something myself, much cheaper much better. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Wasn't sure what the dress would be like after reading quite a lot of mixed reviews. It looks great visually but agree with other with the fit. I'm curvy & under 5ft and the dress is definitely to short even for me. I had to add more trim for extra length. The arms were a little tight so needed altering & the straps needed repositioning. I think it would be good to give the length of the dress too as the packaging image is misleading. I wouldn't want to put someone off from purchasing the dress though. We all have unique figures so will fit everyone differently. Haven't worn it yet so can't comment on comfort

Great value for money! Doesn't look as cheap as expected, surprisingly good quality for a 'ready made' costume. Straps were a bit loose but some safety pins fixed everything

Brilliant costume and looked cute on . Rubbed my armpits though as hard material but went down well at fancy dress party . Cute

My daughter is playing Dorothy in her school play so we needed a good costume. This outfit is perfect. Not too short. Not sexy at all. She normally wears a girl's 14 or xxs adult so we bought the XS. 5'1" tall and 90 lbs. Very similar to the movie version of Wizard of Oz. Some comments on other comments: Yes the crinoline is scratchy but she is wearing shorts and a nude camisole underneath so it is fine. Also the neck fits perfectly but if someone needed more room, possibly the velcro could be moved. The back is a thinner material but it is not see-through. The only weird thing is the straps are way too loose. They are for show and not needed so I am just going to take a sewing tuck on each side to keep them flat. Probably loose for different sized chests. Definitely a good value. If you want to look like Dorothy, this is the outfit for you.

I'd give it zero starts as it is not even close to the size it said it would be. I even used a sewing tape to measure myself, then ordered larger i cannot fit the dress on at all. Did you send me the wrong size?
