Well if you have to be 18 to buy them, I would say they are toxic to children

Are these the same 12 colours as in the travel palette set? If so I could use them to refill those pans.

Sorry I don't know what colours are in the travel palette set. I used them to fill new, empty pans in a set I made for myself. If you look up 'W&N travel palette' it may tell you the included colours which you could compare to the tubes in this box. If you pop out the pans in your set W&N usually print the colours on the pans. Sorry I can't be more specific.

does this set includes lemon yellow and yellow ochre? Pictures and description seem to differ!

I ordered this twice. The first one arrived with the “ old” colours despite the description saying “new packaging and new palette “ So having complained I expected the second order to be correct. It wasn’t. Amazon told me to contact Cass arts, but they didn’t accept responsibility for providing the old palette & packaging & said they couldn’t understand why Amazon had told me to contact them. At least Amazon offered a refund. But I never did receive the “ new” palette & packaging.” I gave up in the end😱 Having said that I’ve always found Amazon extremely helpful if ever there has been a problem.
